Title:The Bullock’s Holiday

Author: by Brian Birchall

Today I read about a play with a bullock and a donkey also one farmer.

I feel happy about what I read today because it was a good play

My favourite character was the donkey because she helps the bullock

I would feel happy if the same thing that happened to my character, happened to me because I would have a bullock.

I think if the author decided to write another part to this story this is what will happen with the bullock being the boss.

Today 19 May 2016 room 10 and I went to netball on our school court. Our coach, Miss Nickleson teach some really cool warm up active to start with. Our first active was call up & down.

Our second active was called fist on to twenty-one. The boys team was called firestorm. The ball needs to get it through the hoops to get a point first one to twenty-one wins.

After that game, we played inside out it was fun. After that game, our time was over and we went to class.

The Day My Our Dinner Disapped

The Day My Our Dinner Disapped

A year, 2 weeks and a half, day ago, my mum came home with some shopping and KFC. Mum went outside to call my Dad, my  3 brothers and sister, to come and have dinner. Mum said, “come in we are having KFC for dinner.”While mum was calling them something strangely happened. It seem’s like the KCF disappeared.

Mum came in with the rest of the family she saw the food was all gone. Mum was so furious, that to me, she was a lava woman standing in front of me. She told me ” who ate all the food,” I said, “It wasn't me it was my stomach”. Mum was so fed up that she left me behind and  they went out for dinner without me. After a few min, I was hungry so I eat my emergency snack. It was the leftover chicken  from the KFC + Yummy chocolate from 3 days ago.

Arataki

On Wednesday 11 May, we Glenbrae School students, teachers/aides and our parents, went to Arataki to learn about our native bush.

Our rangers introduced themselves and told us what we were are going to do. We had to go in our class groups but some of the students went in other groups. First, we had morning tea, after we had morning tea we sprayed our shows because of the Kauri dieback. We went in our groups or our class to learn about birds, trees, flowers, seeds, and animals.

I felt exhausted because we had to walk up lots and lots of high hills. When we got to the top we got in a circle to measure how big a kauri tree is.

We got on the bus and went back to school. It was a good trip, and I had fun.

My Hoildays

In my holidays my cousin came over, for White Sunday.

On Sunday last week we had Fakame-White Sunday. My friends and I were so nervous, because there were lots of people. I wasn't that scared, because that was my second time saying in front of people. My cousin, she started to cry so I said “don’t cry it’s going to be O.K, o.k” and she said ok. When it’s was my group's, turn to say it “I felt like I was going to die, but with my eyes opened. After I said my part it finished and we went home and had a big family dinner, YUMM.

I had a lot of fun this holidays, Thank You.
