Today I learnt how to understand and do decimals

This is what I learnt?

0.54+1.20=1.74

1.25+0.90=2.15

5.230+2.156=7.386

6.290+1.432=7.722

7.685+4.600=12.285

Piper by the sand

Creating a story map is a way to help you understand and summarize the stories you read.  When you make a story map, you identify the basic story elements, such as the characters, setting, conflict, and important plot events.

Story Map

Title: Piper in the sand

Author: John O'Brien

Characters: Mum dad and Dougal

Setting: At the beach and by the sand

Conflict: Dougal heard a sound from the bottom of the sand

Resolution: Dougal dug a hole in the sand and he found a piper

Beginning: They were at the beach. When they were at the beach Dougal saw a hole in the sand, he knelt down and listen to the piper

Middle: He heard a sound coming from the deep sand and he want to find out what the sound was.

End: He dug up the sand and he found a piper. He played with the piper and then he put it back into the sand from where it came from

A circle is not a copycat because if you put four circle together it makes no shape

Volley ball

Volley ball

Today my class and I had volleyball at the school court.

Toni was our coach who teach us knew skills about volleyball that we didn't know. She had two imported rules, one was called stop when she shout and don't touch the net. The skills we learned was called spike, serve, set, pass, diamond and dig.

At the end we had a game . We got into groups and vs each other.
There were group one, group two, group three, group four. I felt happy cause I learned knew skills and some felt like a loser because they lost

Title: Symphony Under The Stars

Today I read about a violinists

I feel interested about what I read today because that was the first time I read about violin.

My favourite character was Sarah McCracken because at the age of 10 she played a violin

I would feel happy if the same thing that happened to my character, happened to me because I would know how to play the violin

I think if the author decided to write another part to this story this is what will happen she will play the guitar.
