Journey through the stars

The layout of the words make this poem more interesting.
it does
yes it makes it more interesting

  1. pulsing=throb rhythmically pulsate
  2. gazing= it is another word for watching
  3. infinite=is a number that doesn't stop
  4. depth=is a night sky
  5. polished= steering= it is something that is spinning

  1. We look up at the sky, but the poem says: ‘gazing down into the infinite depths of the night sky’ what do you think it means by that?

  1. Where is the author when they wrote this poem?

  1. The last stanza says: ‘Life is a space journey - anyone steering?’ What is this a metaphor for?

  1. This poem uses rhyme at the end of each stanza, what other language

  1. Using the same language features (rhyme, layout, metaphors, and the others you’ve identified) write your own poem about time, from looking out a window…

  1. HI Charlie, I'm not sure why you've posted this to your blog... you haven't actually answered the questions.
